      These people are rude and nasty and make threats even though I have told them numerous times they have the wrong person and I don't owe any debts.They continue to call leaving rude nasty threatening messages. Very unprofessional rude nasty company

      This company has been extremely challenging and unreasonable to work with. A past-due car insurance payment was transferred to them, but the amount was paid directly to the original car insurance provider. I was informed that the account would be deleted once the payment was made in full. However, despite several disputes and the original creditors agreement to remove the tradeline, this company is now refusing to delete the paid account from my record.

      I called to have a debt verified that they claim I have from the ********************************, **. When I asked to have the debt verified by mail, I was scolded and hung up on. Doesnt make me feel any more comfortable about this place not trying to scam me. For a $7.57 toll amount, they are requesting $86. Absolutely crazy that this is the first time Im hearing of this 8 months later. Receiving only a text notification is suspect in the first place.

      Very bad! They keep changing the price of my claim to lower! I think they were just milking me for money. Rude people on the phone too who wont work with you and demand you take out loans to pay!

      Atrocious service. Quick to collect payment but takes 18 days to get a paid in full letter. That's the absolute dumbest thing ever.

      This company is full of a bunch of CROOKS!!! They all need to be in prison!!! They are ILLEGALLY placing collection accounts on people's ********************** reports that are not theirs and not verifying them, a clear breach of the ***** and FCRA!!! ALL FILE COMPLAINTS WITH YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE **** IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE, THIS IS FRAUD AND ILLEGAL!!!!!

      Horrible to attempt to work with. Tried to make payment on behalf of my daughter. i had the invoice and amount. All i needed to do was to make the payment. The individual on the phone wouldn't accept any payment and demanded to speak to my daughter. I kept telling her that she is unavailable to call during the office hours they have which is why i tried to call for her. The lady then tells me she is terminating the call because she can't provide information. What's the purpose of having a collection group if they won't collect the money you are wanting to provide.
