  Worst business that I have ever dealt with. My twins have had their permit for 14 months. It has been impossible to schedule driving lessons. 5+ times an instructor has shown up late or cancelled (including this morning). Yet, every time a student has a last minute conflict its a fifty dollar fee which we all know does not go, in its entirety, to the instructor. They do not answer the phone so, when my son was waiting 40 minutes at the high school, yesterday, there was no ability to rectify the situation. Also, they dont record lessons, **** children erroneously absent and dont respond to emails. Send your child anywhere but here as that is what I will be telling my patients.

  They force you to pay for blocks of driving lessons, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to actually book lessons. They have no availability for driving lessons - EVER! My son goes for month periods without us being able to book a ******* Every once and a while, they post a few appointments online. This is during the day when my son is at school and cannot use his phone. If you are unable to immediately log on and get a session, they are gone within minutes! I have a job where I cannot just tend to this within seconds during the day, so we miss out every time. They do not answer the phone and I have sent multiple emails. In my opinion, they are crooks! i would give zero stars if that was an option.

  The driving instructors are excellent. The office personnel sent ** the dates for my son to get his license. We rearranged *************** to be available. They then failed to get his name on the list. They then claimed that the *** would not let them add his name. They sent us an email apparently for the confusion . I think maybe they did someone else a favor, maybe nepotism or just discrimination. They are the ones who told us when the test was and then lied to us claiming confusion. They should be ashamed of themselves for this blatant indifference towards families whose payed for a service and they failed.

  The worse place to send you children for in car driving lessons. They don't have spots available. The lady that is responsible keep sending people texts to go online while you are at work to go fight for one spot when they know they don't have much to offer or sometimes they will wait for someone to cancel in order to offer you a spot. This is the most ridiculous place that don't have no customer service. The lady is quite rude and don't answer the phone. They don't email you back. The worse place ever to send. Your children to driving lessons.

  My son went for classes at TDA and then registered for road test through them. 2 months passed and there was no communication on the road test date. We called and left VMs. After multiple attempts the support personnel picked up the call. She was quite rude, had no time to listen. Finally she informed that my son is short of 3 classes for the road test. She had no response why they did not alert me for this while registering for the test. Also one of the classes he took they marked him absent. Still trying to resolve that. But they will not pick up the phone or respond to multiple emails. It is very frustrating to deal with TDA. They are only doing it for money and as soon as they get their cut they don't care about anything else.
