"Had a pair of progressive glasses made , they ship to house instead of dr. Office, first clue was not going to be good results, frame would not open , had to go have fixed, lenses were xtraactive transitions with blue light , lenses would not transition right and had strange purple blotches , squiggly lines and rings, was told it was anti glare coating went to return glasses in my 30 days and she said oh kets clean these and she said was the blue light coating , meanwhile I know it is not , as I have had same lenses in all my previous glasses , returned them and they still charge $200 fee so now I am out a pr of glasses plus $200 ."

"I had a very frustrating experience with this eye office due to poor communication and a lack of accountability from both the Northborough and Worcester locations. This kind of disorganized scheduling and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting." ... Read full review

"Awful experience. Between buying progressive lenses that cost a lot and don't fit right , and contacts ( was given incorrect prescription that made me sick due to getting equilibrium issues), I would never go back and would never recommend to anyone looking for a good eye doctor."
