    Took in my computer a MacBook Air for a free consultation for multiple problems after being told it might be ready in a couple of hours. A full day later was told it needed a new hard drive for $400 and nothing else was checked or found. When I picked up the computer the 2 pronged plug components was missing. When I called to get it back I was told by the angry and abusive "Steve" that 1) I never delivered the power cord with the computer, 2) I must have left it at home, 3) it must have been left in the car, ) it was lost in the parking lot, 5) it was tampered with and removed by my OT who picked it up for me. Subsequently he offered to sell me a new one for $29.99 plus tax. A new one on ****** is $16.99. Finally I bought the 2-prong plug for $10 at a nearby store. The entire experience with this business was unsatisfactory.
