    Found exactly what I needed and the product was packed and shipped very professionally. Received items in perfect condition. The only reason this isn't five stars is because the cost of shipping was extremely high. Other than that, this is a great place to shop - great product, great product prices, good customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again.

    I have a Roosebeck five string mountain dulcimer and needed a package of replacement strings. Shopping on the internet, OpenTip.com offered a package of five strings for this specific instrument and it was the best price available. In fact, the price was so good I bought two sets. They were just as specified, arrived on-time and are original equipment manufactured. I am very pleased with the items, the price and the delivery. I recommend buying from this internet supplier. They have a very satisfied customer.

    The 2-Gang Non-Metallic Surface Box Extender, in White was just what was need to install two ***** controlled switches. Extending the depth allowed the switches to be installed.

    If I could put a zero I would. When placing an order with this company, they canceled my order stating it look suspicious from their vendor m In **********. They said I could purchase my order with PayPal, I did, now theres an issue with this order. They dont want you to speak with their management department. I was told that I would be able to speak with another co-worker they never answered their phone, it just ring until I hung up. The customer service is terrible.

    My order was received promptly. However, there was an error in the product specs for my item. I contacted customer service and received the correct item in just a few days. I am very pleased with the product and the response of customer service. I anticipate making additional purchases in the future.

    Looked everywhere for this heavyweight zip up sweatshirt found it here and it was just what my husband wanted. Quick shipping arrived in time for Christmas and I didnt order it until the 13th of Dec.
