I am a volunteer board member at HTRC church youth center in *************. I want to let everyone know how Chef ******************* stole money that was meant to be used at a church function to feed our children. My church hired *************, a catering company, located at ***************************************************** and moved recently. Chef **** was supposed to prepare and serve food to 75 youth who were attending our church youth retreat center for 1 week in Dec 2022 . Our church treasurer paid a $6,000 deposit for catering services. Chef **** never provided any food for the church youth retreat center and has refused to refund any of the church's money. To-date we contacted Chef **** numerous times but he never returned the money. This is a scam- advice is never to deal with this shady catering company. Please help me get the church's money back from Chef ****. This money was meant to help young disadvantaged children at our church youth center.

On October 15 2022, I was married and the so called business we hired to cater the event. The caterer insisted on a menu count between salmon and tenerloin steak.. Four days before the event Cook (self proclaimed) wanted the nubers of various meals fot the attendies and due to allergies the groom ordered a special meal witch was not Furbished but was CHARGED FOR. THE NEXT MISTAKE WAS the meals were delivered to the WRONG address. The two woman delivering this atrocity were complacent. I gave them the Venue address. When I arrived at the menue my Disabled father inlaw and the brides aunt were coming conversing with the staff he were belligerent and unprofessional. The Pastor overheard the overweight delivery person called the disabled senior a POS for not tipping. Why did he not, he paid $3200 dollars for what was delivered. A buffet style dinner that was cold **** and in tin containers WITH NO WAY OF KEEPING THE FOOD WARM. After this horrific meal we contacted the caterer ( on speaker phone with 4 whitnesses) about the destroyed event due to unpalatable food and THE Missing ****** meal the self proclaimed *****************" became arrogant (without knowing he was on speaker phone,) he yelled " Listen up lady you got what you paid for" . Then I spoke up when my father inlaw eyes widened with diguss. I said watch your tone and language with my bride. He ask who I was. I told him I was the groom. He be came belligerent with me when I ask which venue you delivered THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL. HE STARTED SCREAMING AND CALLED ME AN EFEN A**** AND SAID EF OFF. So professional I Beg you buyers beware we were treated like homeless customers bearing food stamp and the food could no satiate a corpse. To this day he refuses to take our call or refund HIS TERRIBLE MISTAKE. We demand an apology and compilation Your child's wedding day is supposed to be dreamy and meaningful not a horror story with NO WAY TO BE COMPUNSATED. BUYER BEWARE
