- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Engraved items and special orders cannot be returned. Jewelry that has been resized, damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear (as determined by Tesoro Boston), or altered in any way after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, your refund will be processed. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or items that have been altered or resized by anyone other than Tesoro Boston
cannot be accepted for return.
