The company recycles ****** reviews to drown out any negative reviews from actual customers. This is deeply disturbing because theyre dishonest. They take no accountability for their mistakes. The staff and management are very rude and disregard you as the customer. I would highly not recommend their service.

Not sure about anyone else but in ***********/******* area. Had a scheduled visit today and just wanted to make sure that Proof Pest Control get the credit deserved for being communicative, on time, and 100% honest about what they found. Did not try and BS me, did not try and convince me that we needed a treatment. Great company will def use them again, highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again in the future to continue having a pest free property! Thanks guys!!Review fromWenbin X

This company and the folks behind it are all just scam. They charged and did not perform service for pest and mosquitoes control until I requested multiple times. Besides that, the few services they performed are really poor quality. stay away from these folks as soon as possible.Review fromSusan K

I think this is a scam. They charge $53 dollars a month to come spray ******** around your house 4 times a year. At this point they are 2 months late for a service. I called because I found a huge wasp nest in my yard. They said they would come in 2 days and then cancelled and offered to come in 2 more days (during the hurricane). When I pointed out they were late on treatment they said they would do it all together. I called a different service that came out within 4 hours to take down the wasp nest and then called to say I no longer needed it done-that is when they told me they were going to do the other service also. It should have been today but no service. I asked to cancel or get refund for the failed months of treatment and they said billing would call me back-but i have not received a call Also I had a previous wasp issue also (under the ***** of the house) and they were incapable of reaching it in that case.Review fromRuste W

My complaint is similar to those below. 54 dollars per month for absolutely no service and when you call to cancel they tell you that because you cancelled in the first year, you owe them the $150 discount you received when you signed up. This is a scam. Buyer Beware.Review fromHUNTER H

AUGUST 12TH 2022 . One couldn't ask for more! Farid, was excellent! He's personable and a nice guy for starters. He genuinely cares about his job and resolving issues. Farid was proactive and enthusiastic about what he was doing in every aspect of the assignment. Farid also went the extra step, and initiated this step too, meaning filing up holes on the outside exterior of my house. Farid filled these holes with what one might call a seemingly artistic quick experienced flair! Proof Pest Control couldnt ask for a better person to represent their company! *************************
