We went to **** on 11/29 last year and all the tickets on my 8 year old son's card that he had saved for a long time disappeared. I called them twice and left messages about this matter and no one ever called back. I sent an email and no one responded. I even went in person twice and each time they said they were still investigating and would get back to me. But now almost 3 months have passed and no one has contacted me. The service is really terrible!
