    AVOID this company!!! Picking 0 stars wasnt an option on the submission form. At 5:30pm on Wednesday May 22nd 2024, one of their drivers in a black Escalade (license plate livery ***** with ************** rear license plate frame) pulled up to a red light on **************** next to the *************** at *********************. Despite the pedestrian crosswalk sign to cross signaling that it was safe and legal to cross the street *and* me being in the middle of the crosswalk, the driver made direct eye contact with me and stepped on the gas to run the red light. When I called the company to report the incident, the man who answered told me to text him pictures of the car, which I did. The company phone number is an iPhone, and as soon as the messages were delivered I saw the status change to read at 5:39pm and never contacted me again. Not even an apology! I work on a brain injury unit and many of my patients are victims of motor vehicle accidents where a car strikes them while they are on foot, so this was especially upsetting to experience.
