    Tow truck driver contracted with **** roadside and never showed after sexual advances and harrassment.

    There services ***** A** and would highly NOT recommend these people as I needed assistance and they never showed up to my location and claimed that they were on there way and when I would call they would answer or would reject my call and canceled my service. Very unprofessional services do NOT use this tow service.

    Absolutely horrible. I was first told they would be out within 45 minutes which actually was about an hour and a half plus, then the *** told me he wouldn't be able to tow my truck with the flat bed truck. I was okay at first and understood and he told it would be 45 minutes to get another truck out here. After waiting almost 2 hours, still no response so I called the *** and he then told me he would call me back in 20 minutes. To no surprise, I did not hear back from him not did i get any answers/returned calls and there is no way to leave a voicemail.

    DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I needed lockout service and the guy showed up an hour later. I went out to the parking lot to find him trying to open a vehicle that wasn't mine. He then attempted to open my vehicle with an Air **** for about 3 seconds and gave up because he couldn't wedge it in between my door and the body of my vehicle. He then suggested I get a locksmith instead which is ridiculous because any service tech worth their salt would've been able to open the door.A short while later, the dispatcher called me to find out what happened and once I told her I was refusing payment she proceeded to call me vile names (c***y dbag) and make fun of the vehicle the service tech was originally and illegally trying to break into (which had a daisy on the wheel cover...that's what she thought was ridiculous and made fun of).FTR, One Ten Towing came out in 10 minutes, used the Air ****, and had my door open in 5 seconds. So if you need service in the area, One Ten Towing are your people. DO NOT CALL CHASE!
