Consumers report that the business cancels scheduled transportation with little to no notice to the consumer.  Consumers also report that they have been unable to contact anyone at the business for updates on promised refunds or to obtain a refund of their payment for the canceled trips. On 4/11/2024 BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.  We are awaiting the business’ response and will update this alert when they respond.
