After a terrible ride to the airport with an unsafe driver, I cancelled the reservation for my return trip (within the allowable timeframe). However, I was still charged for the service. I reached out to Jayson, the owner of this business several times (by phone, email, text) over a three month period attempting to get reimbursed. I received no response at all. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

The owner of STAT Limousine, Jayson C, did not refund my money for a reservation I cancelled well within the timeframe stated on his website of no less than 12 hours notice. I was forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company. On 8/20/23, I made reservations for my daughters to be picked up (9/7/23) and dropped off (9/13/23) at Logan Airport. As it turned out, the return trip service was no longer needed. On 9/10/23, I emailed Jayson my cancellation notice regarding reservation #******* ($134.20). He quickly replied stating, "I can make the cancellation." (NOTE: All of the communication between Jayson and I was via email).Four days later (9/14/23), I checked my credit card statement and did not see the refund. I emailed Jayson asking when it could be expected and he replied, "takes about 7 days to reflect on your card." I waited nine days, and on 9/23/23, I emailed Jayson letting him know I still hadn't received it. I never heard back from him. I called my credit card company on 9/25/23 to start the dispute process and it was completed, in my favor, on 10/27/23. I never should have had to dispute it. He should have done the right thing by refunding me.Please note, he uses other names for his limo company: ********** ******* *********, ******* ** ******* *********, ****************************** *********, ************** ******* ********* (aka ****************************** *********), *** ****** ****************** (aka *** ****** ***********, *** ********** ***). The address for these companies is listed as ****************************************************. The stat limo website shows ************************ (rear), **********, **. There is no signage of the business at either of the properties. The websites depict a large fleet of vehicles using of stock photos for advertising while the *** ****** sites claim to provide adventure trips throughout New England as well as exotic trips and tours all over the world! The tour descriptions are printed in Latin!
