    "Billshark did not end up saving my anything on my Specturm bill and ended up causing confusion that I had to settle with Spectrum, because they were going to end my promotional rate early. I still ended up paying them for their "service" despite not getting any discounts and thought that was ******** 5 months later, Spectrum has changed their plans and when I tried to understand the bill changes, I couldn't because Billshark had changed the name on my account (either by mistake or not, I don't know because I was not notified), which caused more headaches in trying to work out the bill changes with Spectrum." ...
