      Driver of bus 15 on 08/11/2024 at 19:30 L.A. California was extraordinarily rude to both my wife and mother in law. I am not normally one to write reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to such a degree I actually attempted to call customer service. When I attempted to call the number associated with the business all I got was a robot directing me to email people as if I worked for the company. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and if I can help it, I will be spreading the word to avoid this business, absolutely horrible

      Driver of ************** Shuttle 204 on July 3rd at 12:40 pm turned sharply into my lane (after being in the wrong turning lane on Congress St) without using his turning signal. ****** proceeded to hold up his middle finger in this side view mirror while driving for an extended period of time, even through the next traffic light. Shuttle driver failed to slow or use turning signal for the next 3 turns, almost hitting a pedestrian in a cross walk. Negligent and unprofessional driver.

      Parked at the ******************* at **************************************************** There was machine malfunction at the exit. The verbally abusive parking attendant told me I would have to pay again to exit and then walked away and ignored me. After asking for help again he told me I had "broken the machine". He then walked over, lifted the arm, called me an a****** while he had his back to me, and then proceeded to scream at the car behind me to stop. Aggressive and rude parking attendants, pay slightly extra to park anywhere else.

      I would like to give 0 Stars. Extremely dishonest, items stolen from my vehicle. Do not trust this company. If I ever see this valet company anywhere, I will not let them park my vehicle.

      Too many irresponsible workers, my vehicle was in a collision with another vehicle while under **** care Manger refused To provide drivers name and also insurance company. My brother in laws vehicle was also damaged and they also refused to follow up THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS DUE TO IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS! I would give a big ZERO TO ****
