  12/23/22 visit to the store. Previously made appointment with a service person named Rad.Upon arrival to the store there was no record of our appointment and he was not on the premises. He eventually did arrive and sat down with us. He tried to explain a change in service so that my son would get a very good deal on an iPhone 14 but would need a higher level plan. For one hour he attempted to change my sons existing ******* plan (he was on our account)to a new plan. He was not was not successful so sent us home to facilitate the change with the understanding that there would be a specific phone available for us when we returned four hours later. When we returned , he explained that he sold that phone to a another customer and they were no more phones available. He could order a phone that would arrive Monday morning, since my son would be traveling back to **********. Time involved on holiday weekend: 1 1/2 hours Friday am, 1/2 hour contacting ******* at home, 1 hour at store in pm.Upon arrival to the store monday morning, there was no phone in the store would not be a phone in time for him to take back to **********.My impression, is that it is not necessary to have any consumer empathy, honesty, or values sell iPhones. I would never recommend this company or the manager ************************* anyone.
