  They illegally towed my car from a mistake running wrong my plate and scratched my rim which each piece cost +800 dollars. Since I saw my car trough the fence I started saying that they scratched and the guys said they didnt do and are denying give me insurance information!!! DONT USE THEM (AND THEY ARE SAYING THEIR TOW TRUCK DOENT HAVE THAT SAFE BORDER AT THE SIDE BUT I FOUND PICTURES THAT PROVE THAT THEY ARE LYING) Ive more pictures and video to prove it

  First, I am sorry your ****** 370z was towed.  It was an honest mistake.  It appeared that you had no visitor parking permit in the online system.  Our operator had added an extra number to the license plate.  This was an error thus we have refunded the towing fees.  
  
  
  Second, regarding damage to your rim, I have looked at your photos.  I have spoken to all involved.   
  We flatbed tow THOUSANDS of cars and there has never been one complaint regarding a damaged wheel or rim.  Not one in 34 years.   No complaint until your car was towed.  So after receiving your complaint, I needed time to speak to all involved.  I am sure you understand that after towing thousands of cars without incident, we would deny it, since it has never happened before.  I am able to help you resolve this and will contact you by telephone later today.  Thank you.

  The customer ********************** and business practices here are disgusting. My car was taken from my apartment complex overnight from a spot with no signage that it was no parking allowed. I woke up at 6:30 AM to my car missing , I couldn't get to work and thought it was stolen. The community security told me to check with the towing company because they have a contract with the complex to tow cars there. He then told me the towing company works on commission and the drivers brag about the amount of cars they tow each night. I wasn't able to get my car till 8 AM and couldn't talk to anyone till 7 AM so stayed in panic thinking my car was stolen. When I was finally able to get my car the man in the office showed me a picture of my car they took claiming it was parked illegally, and when I asked him for the photo for my own records he refused to send it to me or give me access. He was completely rude and insensitive. If I could give this business negative stars I would.This review was first left on ****** where the owner then responded insulting me. No professionalism AT ALL.

  Had to use this service through AAA. Had a valid gold membership card in hand with current dates... which covers 100 mile radius. *** tow would have been approx ***** miles. *** owner insisted I did not have the gold service even with the card in hand as proof. My gold membership was verified with AAA when I called next morning, but not before the owner insisted we pay $95 dollars CASH, telling his driver not to accept our debit card. This required a trip to the bank. Was told take it or leave it, or call another tow if we didn't pay in cash, then hung up on me. He apparently was willing to leave us stranded in the dark. This was the owner, not the actual tow driver who behaved this way. Unbelievable! Don't do business with this guy ever if you can help it.

  Called Henrys Towing and explained my situation. The dispatcher was extremely patient and polite. Said the truck would be to my location in about ***** mins and it was as promised. The driver was so nice and treated my car as if it was his own and very carefully loaded it onto the flatbed. Towed me to my regular mechanic who always uses Henrys btw. A great experience! I would recommend them if you need a tow or assistance with your vehicle! Thanks Henrys!!!
