From the moment **** stepped into our home on a scheduled meeting he was absolutely attentive to what we wanted and went over our options and many styles. There were no surprise fees.. the price was the price! Installation was scheduled soon after order was placed and again we had another visit from Pella to go over final measurements and expectations of process. The crew installed in 1 day and left home immaculate. Couldnt have been more pleased from start to finish!Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England

Pella Windows & Doors *******, ** retail store sales rep *** did a great job helping me select my window material type to getting me the lowest price and financing offered through Pella. My project was a full frame window replacement of new construction windows. I didnt want standard replacement windows put into existing old window jams that end up with less glass than original old window. I chose the Pella LifeStyle Series double hung with grill between the glass to match my condo existing window style and size. I hired Pella to install my 7 windows which included interior new window trim painted. The 2 installers did a great job in 2 days leaving my house clean and neat after each days work. They spray foamed insulation around the perimeter of the window unit and building window stud framing which was never done when the condo was built. Then installed exterior and interior trim. The job was done right and my condo is so much warmer with no drafts around the windows. I highly recommend Pella Windows & Doors products and services from *******, **.My project install date was February 2023 in **. I'd like the opportunity to thank Pella Windows and Doors for the project completed at my fiance's grandmother's house. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We had constant contact with our sales representative, ******************** 5 stars on **************** and professionalism!!! The installation was a one day turnaround for 6 new windows on an older home. And of course, the finished product turned out amazing. The whole family is very happy with how this project went, from start to finish. I would 10 out of 10 refer 'Pella of Southern New England' !Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England

*********************, our sales rep, was responsive and helpful in choosing the right doors and accessories for our home. He also checked in after the installation to make sure we were happy. The installation was done in a highly professional manner- scheduled in a timely fashion and completed in the time frame promised. We are very pleased with our experience with *** our Pella Rep she completely blew us away and our views of ************ Sound and Buzzards Bay are now absolutely amazing. The custom shop delivered ** exactly what we were hoping for. We are extremely pleased with the work crews that worked so hard to complete the project. Sometimes groups and couples just stare at these new windows amazed from the beach gate in front of the house.
