Refuses to inform complaintants what will be done about issues, which is required by our deed. Cannot get snow removed from our sidewalks for 10+ years. Refuses to tell me what she thinks I have done wrong. Time to complain to the board and BBB about her.Fails to enforce rules. Unhelpful and unprofessional email responses. Allows untold numbers of trespassers driving through our property but also can't get the asphalt redone as promised.********* (the supposed owner) never answers the phone. Blames owners for lack of attendance to her horribly run, inaccessible (not everyone has a computer) annual meetings. Forbids reaching out to other owners/ ***************** members though she's not getting her job done. Won't accept digital payments from my bank; they have to mail a paper check every month. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

I own a condo that Alpine "manages". Recently, I made a monthly HOA payment through my bank on time. However, somehow Alpine's payment processing did not receive the payment on time and they assessed me a fine. To their credit, after I proved to them that the check had been sent on time they cancelled the fine and asked me to re-issue the payment, which I did. Also, I mentioned canceling the initial payment by asking the bank to stop payment on the check and the Alpine person who I talked to agreed that was the proper thing to do. Weeks later Alpine found the initial check and tried to cash it, which they could't because of the stop payment. They then issued me a new fine for their being unable to cash the initial check. After multiple discussions, they said that they could not cancel the fine. So Alpine's customers must pay fines for their incompetence where they misplace a check and later try to cash it after they agreed that it was lost.

As an owner who has lived over 6 years in a Devens condo managed by Alpine two things have become clear: service delivery / customer satisfaction has steadily declined since my residency, and the abuse of owners is on the rise. Owners regularly receive notifications that we may or may not be doing something wrong, communicated in demeaning and disrespectful emails from ********************* the property manager. Threats of fines and fees, on top of excessive HoA fees already in place, is the norm. On the service end, they contradict their own rules conveniently avoiding their stated obligations -- and simply rewriting the rules to their favor when challenged.I would strongly recommend anyone charged with securing a property management team avoid Alpine Property Management at all costs, a quick online search should provide ample supporting evidence and negative reviews similar to this one.
