I wouldn't worry about **************'s review on the BBB, no one looks at them anyway. I looked at all your other reviews and placed an order, even though you don't offer corporate accounts. If the shirts are worth the money all is right in the universe and we laugh at ******************hahahahaha.

I placed an embroidery order with Corporate Casuals. I was billed for two (2) $1.00 holds and the ordered item for $30.64 (total billed $32.64). I called them and the sales rep ******* told me the two (2) $1.00 holds were not charges, were in error, would only show as "pending" with my bank and never actually be charged. That was not the case. All three (3) charges went to my bank and were shown as "authorized" NOT "pending" and deducted from my bank account balance. The sales rep gave me a hard time and cancelled my order in spit of the fact that a supervisor told me yesterday, my order would be send out "within an hour". The item was to be a gift for a 5 year old boy.

Were very sorry for the confusion but we authorize new orders $1. We then authorized the full order and voided the $1 initial authorization (which is a pending charge). Once you called twice and yelled at our staff, we immediately voided all authorizations and sent you receipts of the voided authorizations within an hour. We are happy to provide the receipts again. Please let us know.

If the customer sees this as resolved or doesn't respond, I'd like this review expunged.  Every business in the world authorizes orders to prevent fraud.  My local gas station puts a $100 hold/authorization when i use a credit card and most ecommerce companies authorize orders for $1 for AVS (address verification reasons) prior to taking the order.  We then authorize for the full amount like any other business in the US.  If their bank takes that amount out of their account then they do for almost every other transaction.  This customer called 2-3 people yelling at them about a $1 authorization and now he gets revenge by posting a 1 star review that prospective customer see?  I thought you folks reviewed this for merit?  Doesn't make much sense.
