    We are a non-profit athletic booster club, comprised of parent volunteers. We had a contract with Tom to install a remove a turf logo and replace with a new TURF logo. The contract asked for $15,000 deposit. After weeks of little to no communication, and behind the schedule we gave him, his "crew" arrived with paint and a stencil. We ordered them to cease work as this was not in the contract until we could speak with Tom. It has been 2 months, Tom has not replied to any emails, calls or texts. He is in breech of contract and has basically stolen $15,000 of fundraised money. He dis not respond to our Town Administrator's letter demanding deposit back. DO NOT use this company for anything. Tom is a l*** *** * *****.

    Install was ok and they did come out and fix some initial problems. Fall of 2022 I notified Tom of a problem with the putting green, it wasn't nailed down properly and the green moved a few inches. I've got nothing but lip service since I notified him, empty promises to come fix it and yet nothing has happened

    When installed, there were two visible seams.Said to give it some time and settle in.I agreed.It never settled in (months later).Has promised to fix (sending my best guy).Never showed,never called.Sent another text, no response Sent another text and set a time and date.Never showed, never called.Texted again No response Finally agreed to another date and missed that one (have all documentation to substantiate my comments).Texted and no response again!!Called his cell phone and said something came up.Can I call you back in 5 Minutes?Never called, never showed up.I guess he wants a reputation for this kind of review, but it's factual and I am not happy with his lack of action.I think he tells alote of stories,so many, he cannot remember what he said."BUYERS BEWARE".Not reliable,not fair with his customers and certainly not
