    Should be only 1/2 stars. Nonreponsive to texts or questions via their website. Track light doesnt work as advertised because power doesnt distribute into ribbon track. Worthless at this point. LEB

    Avoid purchasing LucidityLights lamps and fixtures. In my case I was attempting to purchase a replacement glass globe for one of their floor lamps. From November 2022 to Feb 2023 I have tried contacting them. Phone calls are NOT handled by anything except referral to email address or WEB address. No live person available no matter what buttons you press! As of today, have called 3 times and written and sent 2 letters to headquarters and I've used their WEB "fill in form" for help. No response from ANY of these attempts. They are not Better Business registered for good reason. AVOID if customer service ever becomes a need! MH 2/12/2023
