"Sent multiple emails with absolutely no response I blew up all their social media pages and left messages on all platforms while in the process found this page which has the Kryptonite phone number which is all I wanted to contact them to fix my lock that's missing a s**** You cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service through the email which is absolute BS poor customer service. I want to use my bike immediately and I can't because no one can get back to me in a timely fashion through the email and the only way I was able to get a hold of anyone was to get on the BBB website so I could write a poor review so thank you for that BBB." ...
