    Platinum Realty (*******************) was the *** management company our developer contracted with before he sold the renovated units in our ******** brownstone. Other than cashing checks and providing annual financial reports/budgets they didn't do a lot else for the 300/month we paid. The owners had to prompt Platinum when services included in our master agreement like snow removal weren't contracted for. Emails/calls to *** often went 3-7 days before a response, even for emergency issues. When the building experience a water leak across several units they did nothing to resolve the issue and the unit owners were forced to figure out the costly remediation and repair efforts on our own. Even simple tasks like getting a quote for stairwell carpeting or adding hallway mailboxes went unanswered or delayed for months. When we switched to a new *** mgmt company *** was extremely slow in transferring docs and funds. I can't imagine a worse *** mgmt experience.
