BEST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE AREA YOU CAN RELY ON NICCOLI FOR SERVICE and oil deliveries i would not work with any other company

Niccoli does provide good service, but they are very unreliable. They will schedule appointments months in advance, and then call and cancel these appointments 12 hours beforehand. When you try to reschedule, they bump you out another 4 months unless you purchase their oil memberships. Ultimate bait and switch. Very unethical company!Niccoli Oil & Energy

Thank you for your review, and I apologize for your experience with Niccoli Energy. I am having a hard time locating your account. Are you able to provide your address? I'm unsure why we had to cancel your appointment, but if there is anything we can do to help, please let me know. Also, you mentioned an "oil membership", but we do not offer any memberships, nor are you required to sign any contract to do business with Niccoli Energy. That said, I would love to learn more about your experience so that I can hopefully clarify and help resolve the issue.
