"We ordered cabinets totalling $26,947 upon delivery in December 2024, many cabinets were delivered damaged those damages were sent back and replaced with more damages we noticed MDF on the finished sides on the second shipment of damages - due to a huge piece of the finished side pantry panel missing (a very bad damage) also pealing, flaking paint along the entire length back edge of that pantry panel I called our designer IMMEDIATELY and she insisted we ordered all wood upon her inspection, it was confirmed that we received MDF finished sides she stated she was unaware they were built that way we ordered all plywood boxes and only two thirds of the boxes are built with plywood the back of all the cabinet boxes are MDF (the hanging rail part of the box and the most structural side of the box) these are Showplace cabinets we have received damages twice now in our opinion, these cabinets are very poor quality we paid $26,947 for cabinets and again, in our opinion we feel we were not made completely knowledgable about the product we purchased they adamantly have refused to refund us we are taking further steps for a full refund"
