"Usually your staff members are great, but unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience in the ************* locations. We have some of the wizard of oz cards that we have had for a year or so,The older cards that we have do not have a bar code , so they did not work in the machine that scans the cards, so we went to the counter to redeem the points for the cards, the person at the counter did not know how to redeem the cards, so we asked for a manger." ...
