      This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! After trying to access our account, which took months because it was in my husband's name who has health issues, I was finally able to have them close our account and send us a check for our investments. I deposited the check in my bank and then a week later they stopped payment on the check. My bank charged me $15 for that stop payment. I called Fidelity and found out that they stopped the payment because the money was taken out of the wrong account!!!!! We only have one account - how could they do that!!!!! I'm so disgusted with this company. It's a good thing I didn't write a check against this amount or it would have been worse.

      THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! They locked my account ***************************************** When I called in to get my account unlocked, they told me FRAUD ***** closed at 5pm Eastern! I spent 20 minutes on the phone with 2 different people that were inept at best. The first one told me I had to download a MFA - Multi-Factor Autheticator, but could not tell me how to set it up or download. I asked to speak to supervisor and he said he was not familiar with *** and all he could do was enter a ticket to have Fraud call me back tomorrow - when they come back to work. I asked how a multi-billion dollar company can not have 24x7 security team on call....he said...I don't know...good question!

      Really Bad Company to acquire Credit Card. I dealing with really bad experience with this Company after closing my CC account due to unexplained minimum payment. You basically dont have access to your account online anymore after you closed the account, you have to call in every month to make your payment. My first month payment due when I called in the representative dont tell you how much you need to pay? I thought my minimum payment should cover my monthly payment and they didnt tell you so come to next month they tap on late fee charge $41 because your payment was not covered the required amount which I cant tell or see my account online. This is a way of them ripping consumer off so be careful. Do Not Open CC through Fidelity Investment. Worst CC company I ever experience.

      I want them gone. I ordered a debit card and it said it would take 3-5 days and its 15 days later with no card. Enough said. Spit them out

      I had hundreds of thousands of dollars at Fidelity, then literally -POOF! They shut down my account and prevented me from having any access to the online portal. I had to spend weeks on the phone with them trying to move my money elsewhere. The single greatest nightmare of my banking life! NEVER trust Fidelity!

      I was locked out of my account two weeks go on 4/25/25 when they decided to add personal email and phone number to my account. The verification code wants to go to an invalid phone number but before it went to my work email address. This phone number is clearly invalid. There were no security questions added to my account to verify me. I could not update any of this information from this page before I was locked out. I spoke to a representative who stated they need to verify who I am through public records but was this representative asked me about people I knew and not about myself. I advised I would not answer questions to verify my account about other people but if they asked questions about me that I would answer. I was advised they would continue to ask about other people. These were questions they stated they were gathering information from public records. This company is used by my employer. When I refused, they stated they would try to get the account verified and have someone to call me back. It is now 5/6/25 and I have not been contacted back. I can't deal with this company. I am contacting my employer to let them know they are not allowing me into my account. This is ridiculous,

      Awful overall customer service. General lack of knowledge. It takes 10 days to clear a certified check when it was deposited directly at a branch? $1000 max online check deposit? No explanation on why?There are so many banks out there. Avoid Fidelity.

      This is an impossible website to use. We had to change our bank account 6 weeks ago and we still cannot use it with fidelity to move OUR money into our new account. Have called, have filled out paperwork and mailed it and still there is no linked bank account. They are actually holding our money for some unknown reason. Do I call a lawyer and start a lawsuit or will they eventually respond to my calls for help and actually do something. They were eager to GET my business, not eager to KEEP it........................so sorry I ever used them

      I am trying to create an account for my investment from 15 years ago. The employer is not showing up in the dropdown of employers, even though I have a statement with that employer on in. They needed to know my social, year I started working there and when I left. I was not able to give an exact year because it had been so long so they were not able to help me. I mentioned that it is a general question and not in regards to my specific account and just needed to know how to find that employer. They would not help me. I asked for a manager and the manager would not take my call because I didnt authenticate my account. I dont think they provided good customer service. There is no reason to have to authenticate an account for a general question. I had worked in customer service and with peoples account for many years. I have helped many people with general login questions many times and even gone as far as asking IT. This might not be a concern of the employee I talked to but maybe a concern of the company if this is how they are training their employees. Training them to tell customers they are unable to help. So now I have to call the old employer to get these dates. I am taking up their time and my time to do something not necessary for a general question.
