    I went to their *************** location in ******** on 10/11/24. Poorly skilled phlebotomists. I was told my gift card would be loaded the following week. Nothing was done. I have called the 26 Court Street office and left 4 messages. I got one call back on 10/18/24 saying the card was loaded. It was not. It is now 11/13/24 and the card has not been loaded I have filled out the contact form on the website TWICE with my issues. NO RESPONSE. I called the office in ****** twice. I left a message on one occasion. On the second occasion I spoke to someone quite rude, who informed me I had reached the headquarters and I needed to call ************ What is the purpose of having headquarters? No one answers the phone at ********************************************************** favor, do research with reputable institutions like Universities. It's not the matter of the money involved, but the principle of the matter. Disingenuous and unprofessional.Also, they don't answer questions about your DNA. Very vague. ******

    I was called to participate in a research study regarding cholesterol, blood sugar, kidney function. I was sent the instructions on July 16th and made an appointment in late July, was told that I would receive a phone call August 6th with results.There was an incentive offer of a debit card for $45.00.I gave several vials of blood at the nearest laboratory of my choice. I tried using the Mastercard debit card issued by Pathward.I called Pathward and mastercard and was told there was a 4 digit pass code that I didn't have. Also the my address did not match what apparently was in their system.This whole thing was a waste of time gas and energy and appears to be a complete scam. After dealing with this issue for about a month

    I participated in a Study with Care Access on 5/31/2024 concern. I passed the criteria on the phone screening and arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment at the hotel. The **** several vials of my blood. I received the ***** gift card but had a hard time activating it. I contacted them on this and was informed my sample was lost and I had to come in for another draw. This is unacceptable and careless. I feel that this is a rip-off and that I wasted my time with this study. I feel that it was their fault and that I was not adequately compensated for my time.
