The customer service was actually 20x better than I expected. I expected jist another company looking to get people to sign up for subscriptions that they just pay monthly even if they're not using it. THIS IS NOT THEM. The service itself is great, but the actual caring of my needs as a customer came thru too so I'm an overall happy customer.
