Refund & Cancellation Policy Followed By Dynamo Web Studio
At Dynamo Web Studios, we strive to provide our clients with top-notch services and deliver exceptional results. However, there may be instances where we are unable to meet our clients' expectations or the project needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we have a set of policies that govern the refund and cancellation process. It is important to note that refunds are not applicable for discounted packages, urgent design projects, services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting, or once the final files have been delivered to the client. Refunds are also not applicable if the client violates our company policies, approaches another company or designer for the same project, or is unresponsive for more than two weeks. Additionally, if a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable to that particular service and not the entire bundle. Refunds will also not be entertained once the client approves the design for websites and they are sent for development. We also hold the right to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund/dispute, clients will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose as they will be our sole property. We strive to maintain transparency and professionalism in all our dealings and hope to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
