He literally sleeps basically through any other legal representative in his general vicinity while they speak. He acts like hes better and smarter than everyone, was talking down to the mediator who was stating facts to help educate him. Had her repeat the same thing the 20 times he asked, and she did nicely. It was very clear to me and the mediator (after talking alone with her, that he was a very disrespectful and gross human, overall) He was having trouble comprehending what was even going on? When in reality, he doesnt even know basic laws. We both knew more than him. Slightly alarming, that Im laughing at a lawyer with a mediator, because I know more laws than him. Thats not how things should work. The fact that the defendant knew more about the laws than him.. how long it took him to understand anything. Im believe he should be in a senior citizen center. its not safe for people to be working in the law, when theyre not even educated, nods off or is simply not listening to anyone else around them. Just wasting our time. I was pleasant and polite until he was clearly rude, and not a very good person, overall. he just wanted to fight with a mediator for an hour. It was a waste of time, and he was harassing her and being rude to me from the second he walked in the building. Hes also representing someone who is a terrible human, making him a terrible human. A Man that neglects any problems or infestations in any building he owns. Someone with no empathy for humans. Someone who cant pay his own mortgage. And someone thats not gonna own this building for much longer. When youre known as the Worst landlord in ****** then have two tenants you have to bring to court on the same date? While being known for taking tenants to court. Basically this guy, hes half asleep, and only someone that is delusional, like my landlord would trust or be able to only find this person to defend them. they dont care about disabilities. They only care about money.
