    Boarding Nalas here has been an awful experience from start to finish. I came up here on vacation from another Camp ************* location who insured me that I could board my puppy here without any issues. They cloned her profile over a couple weeks in advance to prevent any issues when I arrived.1. Camp ************* and ************ would not take her without doing another interview and at no point said that prior to us coming. Bellingham, this location did take her. I picked up Nala and she is now been diagnosed with kennel cough from this location and they did not reach out to me to let me know that this was the case. My vet suggested I call and ask, which I did, and that is how I found out.2. Now that Nala has kennel cough, I cannot board her on another night during my vacation that I need her boarded. Ive lost a $500 deposit on vacation plans due to not being able to board her. I now have a $300 vet expense, and Im having to pay $300 to stay in a hotel that will let her be with me. I have incurred $**** in expenses by boarding my dog here.3. In this case I asked if they could refund me partial or full the $180 that I paid for her here for two nights since I now have $**** and expenses due to them not being a clean facility, and they will not refund **** would never put my dog in daycamp or board her at this location or the ******* ************ location. This is by far been one of the worst experiences that Ive ever had being on vacation **** miles from where she and I live normally. Do not spend your money, do not waste your time. The customer service is poor, the staff is not considerate of the situation, and they clearly do not keep their facility clean, nor contact you in the case said there have been reports of sick dogs.
