    We are 71 years old and hired *********************** as to update our deck and porch. Due to supply line issues some materials were delayed and not delivered until December so we mutuality agreed to wait until the Spring. We stored the $2000.00 worth of supplies in the basement where they still sit two years later. **** never came back to complete the job as promised. I have texts and emails documenting this but since I never signed a legal contract I am out of luck wasting $2000 in materials with an unfinished deck and porch. I reached out to **** many times and am always ignored.Of course I hired someone else to complete the job only to find out that the rails and some other items that **** ordered didn't even fit so I was out another $100.00 to pay the guy who came over and then left because he couldn't even start the job.Be careful before agreeing to have a project worked on by ***********************.
