"Charged me for patient intake on the premise that they would use the information gathered to optionally match me with the best therapist for my case within a couple weeks Turns out, they knew they only had one person available - not a licensed therapist, a student in training - they offered me the student or no one at all I found the director of the clinic difficult to deal with and unpleasant but she eventually refunded my intake fee to her credit"
