The business states its return policy is as follows:
Refunds may be made within 10 days of shipment date through mail or in store. Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 10 day period. Merchandise credit will be issued within 30 days from the shipment date. Please have items postmarked within that 30 day period. Cost of shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. For free returns email us at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving items, a return label will be emailed to you to return back to us.
When sending back your unused and tagged merchandise, please include your original invoice in your package. If a new size is needed, please make note of it on the invoice. Once the item is received, a refund will be made or merchandise credit will be issued electronically and a gift card for that amount will be sent to you.
If returning online purchases in store please be sure to bring the original packing slip.
