    We were given a quote for an expedited move (5-7 days) across country in a dedicated truck which included a pick-up at our vacation home and a second stop at a nearby storage facility to which *******'s had previously moved our belongings from our primary residence. The quote was not honored because upon finishing at the storage facility, we were told we had to pay an additional $4200.00 on the spot. We were then informed the move would not be expedited despite the $2500.00 surcharge for this service. Upon complaining, *******'s removed the surcharge and informed us the movers would arrive at our destination in ***** days. Even this delivery time was not honored as the movers arrived 17 days after pickup.

    ****************The movers were fantastic! They were very nice and professional. I can't say enough about them. They made me feel so at ease with the way they handled my things. I was very surprised at how they moved so quickly. Definitely a five star for me.

    Had a move from ****** to ****** last week. ***** came to the house and gave a quote of $4900 to pack unpack and move. The movers were so careful and made the move so stress less and from start to finish. The cost actually ended up being $900 less beacuse I did some of the packing. My wife and I hughly recommend Michaels!

    My wife was quoted a price a was charged double for a sloppy incomplete job! I have to rent a truck to complete the move on my own! They were slow and left a so much behind and had the nerve to make us pay double. They took advantage of the fact that my wife was alone and got her to pay ***** dollars. If I was there it wouldnt have happened! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Never mind the fact the employees couldnt speak English so god knows what they were saying about the job. I give zeros across the board. ****** moving and rip off.

    I used Michaels Movers to move from ****** to ************** and I cant say enough great things about their services. Top notch from beginning to end. They contacted me when they were going to arrive, marked all of the boxes to make it easy for us when we unpacked! Highly recommend! Thank you so much Michaels Movers for making our move stress free
