"Horrible experience very rude customer service is terrible I dropped my vehicle off for service 12/30/24 for a water pump I was told that my vehicle could be fixed by the end of the day I received a call from service advisor samatha at 3:35 pm stating that I will have to wait unit after new years because they ordered a part from o'reilly auto’s part in the part didn’t fit my vehicle in they didn’t have the part at the dealership problem number one why would you try to put a after market part on my vehicle if you the dealership"

"Had I looked at the reviews first I would have probably never even pulled on the lot, absolutely no service after the sale it rained the day after the purchase and leaked so bad I had over 3" of water in the glove box from the sun roof being faulty Took it back then (Steve) proceeded to act like he had it looked at and obviously didn't because nothing had changed, brought the truck back and he tells me he didn't care what I did with it, i would leave negative stars if i could, I will never go back! I pray God has mercy on them all!"
