I have always gone to this place to get my oil changed since I bought my brand new car. The last two times I got it changed, my car leaked oil all over the place. The first time they told me some ******** story about how a piece of dirt was stuck in my plug and the second time they tried to tell me it wasnt their fault and that it was my turbo. I had to take off an entire day of work to go to my dealership to get the mess they made fixed. They had broken my gasket on my plug and put in a generic plug with out even telling me. When I drove to the oil change place to tell them I was upset about missing work and having to waste more time and money to fix what they broke, they did nothing to repay my lost wedged or bill I had from the dealership. They think because I am a girl I am stupid and did not know they broke my gasket. If they would have made things right, I wouldnt have had an issue but they didnt. Apparently they do this to every car that they mess up and never make it right according to their reviews. They need to take ownership of their mistakes and make it right.

In reference of the aforementioned customer review, customer returned to our location indicating and oil leak on vehicle. We proceeded to have customer pull vehicle into shop and inspected the oil drain plug and oil filter and neither were showing signs of oil leaking. The tube tech noticed oil coming from the top side of engine and informed customer that the oil was either coming from the turbo or the lines leading to the turbo. He even showed the customer pictures of where the oil was coming from. The customer returned and spoke to our shop manager showing him a receipt that the vehicle was brought to a shop and they only changed the oil drain plug and gasket. Our shop manager offered to reinspect the vehicle for any other possible oil leaks and the owner refused. The shop manager also offered the customer a free oil change to cover the expense of having to bring the vehicle to the other shop and they refused that also.
