    As a small business owner, I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Quality Fleet of LA. Despite having a clear 'not to exceed' amount established, they tripled the cost without authorization and held my vehicle until payment was made - a clear violation of Fair-Trade Practices Act. They failed to provide or obtain signed authorization for the work performed, which is legally required.*Close to $9,000 dollars spent total. This occurred over multiple months.Upon return, my vehicle showed evidence of unauthorized use - significant unexplained mileage, mud on the tires, and missing engine parts. They charged me for a fuel priming kit they couldn't produce an invoice for, while using (and not fully returning) the one from my truck's toolbox.Most concerning is their pattern of responding to negative reviews by claiming "you have the wrong company" even when customers provide proof of service with invoices. **I will upload all (3) of the invoices provided if that response is used on this review.Our legal counsel and I are currently building a case against these practices.
