- In an effort to help maintain our low cost to you we have developed the following return policy.
1. Any item that is returned must be in like new condition.
2. Item(s) must be in full pack quantity.
3. Item(s) older than 15 days cannot be returned.
4. Item(s) should be returned with a copy of the invoice.
Damaged in shipment:
1. Call or email J & A Specialty Distributors immediately.
2. All product returns will be issued a call tag. The call tag will either be shipped with your order or mailed to you.
3. When your package is ready, you will have to call Federal Express to have it picked up. 800.Go.FedEx (800.463.3339)
4. Once the item(s) have been returned credit will be issued to your account or we will ship replacement item(s).
5. If you have any questions about returning products, please give us a call at 318-861-7100 / 866-816-7100.
**Pack up your item(s) in the original box you received them in with a copy of your original invoice from J&A or a clear note with your Name, Address, Phone Number and specify how you want us to handle the return. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE OR APPLY A SHIP LABEL TO THE ORIGINAL CIGAR BOX...place in a larger box or wrap in paper before shipping. You may receive a credit for the returned cigars or exchange them for other merchandise. There will be a restocking fee charged if this procedure is not followed. - Business Categories
