"I was there after a situation I went through and they barely feed you the three meals that they have you eat there you're not allowed to bring any outside food though there were kids there they were forced to eat leftovers from days ago I feel really bad for the kids their parents were upset because they was advised that they cannot have any outside food I also didn't know about all the resources that they had for us until I was about to leave now that I am gone they were supposed to get me in a program called renessting but instead of them helping me out they signed me up in their name and I wasn't able to make the appointment due to them not keeping in contact with me I tried calling there several times to get in touch with the lady to sign me up it's just very hard already and the fact that I was residing there in that house and I had no idea of the resources that they offered and now that I'm gone I'm still not getting any help from them I just hope for the next person that has to live there they're not forced to eat leftovers and I hope that they start telling people about the programs that they have to offer like counseling there is no counseling there there are no group sessions there honestly the only thing you do there is stay in the house and leave as you please they don't even ask you where you're going so if you don't come back they don't care they don't look for you I just feel like would it would be nice to have domestic violence shelter that has programs inside the shelter and also outside the shelter that will help you after leaving a domestic violence situation I felt like I didn't accomplish anything being there my mind was still racing from the situation and there was nothing there that could distract me from it no programs no counseling no help so please look into this situation and make it better for the next person that needs these people because that's not right"

However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
