    beware this business has no refund policy on rentals of spaces 6 month contract I rented Rv space unexpectedly had to move to another town 3 days after renting contacted immediately refused to refund I offered to pay for 1 month even though I never used spot refused that offer also

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that your plans changed unexpectedly after securing a spot with us. We understand that circumstances can shift quickly, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate your situation in the way you had hoped. Our six-month lease policy is in place to maintain the quality, security, and continuity of service for all our residents. While we were unable to offer a refund per the lease agreement, it was certainly not our intention to come across as uncaring or dismissive. We aim to treat all our residents with respect and courtesy, and we sincerely apologize if that was not reflected in your experience. To help alleviate the situation, we proactively offered to list the unit back on the market and provide a refund for the unused portion of the lease once it was re-leased.
