    Stanley communities has sold pecan acres in Duson La on December 4 2024. Rents are due on the 1 st of every month. Not finding out that they sold this community after I paid my rent on November 21 st 2024 and now the new owners Lucky Communities are asking me to pay them as well! As I have already paid my rent before time and before they purchased this community! I have sent emails to them and am unable to get a response as well as my rent need to be returned to the new owners as they claim it’s for them. This is an absolute nightmare! I have never been late for almost 5 years of living here and now I have this problem. I cannot and will not double pay
