"We purchased a gas griddle for our outdoor kitchen. We specifically ordered a natural gas appliance and when the appliance arrived at the residence It was found that it was set up from the factory as a liquid, propane fuel source, the plumber that we are using told us that he could not convert it to natural gas as he would be accepting reliability in the event something went wrong, I called Gorman brothers and informed them of this and they informed me that it comes from the factory set up for liquid propane but that there are instructions to convert it to natural gas when I told them that our plumbers wouldn’t do it for the liability reasons, they told us that it was not their problem, and that we should’ve known ahead of time, even though it was never told to us that it comes from the factory set up as liquid propane And nothing in the writing told us that either when I called Gorman brothers and spoke with the owner he informed me that he sold thousands of these and he has never ran into this problem." ...
