    If I can give no stars that would be my rating. In the last 3 months I had packages delivered to the wrong address. I have open claims on all three and they still manage to misdelivered items. I'm glad the take pictures that way I have proof that it wasn't delivered to my home. Every time I call I get transferred around with no help in the end. No one help and the last rep told me to go get the package from the house were it was delivered. I told her that's not an options and your driver need to go get it. After 30mins of not getting any help I hung up and went to the store and was told file a claim with the sender. Something really needs to be done about *** asap.

    VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I file a claim for items they damage they do not pay. However, what they do is send you in circles and its difficult to speak to a human. They damaged my package and refuse to take responsibility for it. I've been trying to resolve this issue for five months. No has contacted me with any correspondence AT ALL!
