    ******* and her team is doing such necessary work. I am so grateful. The value of the products is immense and I’m grateful that they are offered at an affordable price. I want to say that everything was fresh and I could tell it was made specifically for me. The candle was charged and the other item I purchased was beautifully made (also very perfect). ******* is very intentional about the energy she delivers and she wants to attract. There is going to be people who get it and who do not. If you want impersonal, unclean, and mass produced products GO TO AMAZON. ?? I’m sorry. The amount of complaints about the time it takes from when they place the order to when it arrives. She grows these herbs herself. She takes thousands of orders a day. She is managing so many arms of her business. AND YET she still personalized and energized my products for the intentions I expressed to her. Again, there is Amazon. You can go to the funky magic store in your town. OR you can understand the time and care Jess puts into EVERY facet of her work is ALSO what you are ordering and supporting with every purchase. ??

    I decided to order from seeing this company on you tube. As per the other comments, it didn't take as long but 2 weeks to get my shipment after I emailed them 2 weeks in to check status of my order an auto response. I waited a little over 2 weeks for the package to arrive. It did come very well packaged & the candles & oils are very well made & smell pleasant. As far as the customer service goes, the turn around time for order inquires need to be handled better. I am happy with the products but will refrain from ordering again. It's always best to make your "magic" with some research & pure intentions & little creativity.

    I placed an order for a candle after following BehatiLife on YouTube for several months. I anticipated there being a wait because the owner discloses she is an independent business owner with only one assistant. I waited 30 days before following up on my order and her assistant responded via email the next business day. My candle was shipped and received that week. When it arrived, it was gorgeous and packaged beautifully, and I could tell a lot of care went into this customized specialty item. My custom order was definitely worth the wait, and I can't even complain about there being a wait because no care or attention was sacrified in fufilling my order. Truly grately and am still enjoying my candle. Many thanks!
