Zero stars if possible. Will never visit Natchitoches because of this experience. Made reservation at the end of Oct. for Nov. 24-25. Just got notified five days before booked day that our reservation was canceled because of a "glitch." However, talked to someone about reservations and they told me that people who booked after me, paid more, yet still got to keep their reservation. Very shady business practice. Will be contacting owning company.

First and only positive statement we will make is, the staff was absolutely professional, courteous, helpful and kind, despite the horrible working conditions of the hotel, except for the disgusting smelly, rude, supervisor/manager that walked out of the elevator. No soap in the hotel, not enough towels, holes in the sheets, a towel that appeared to have dried feces stains, and the floor grout was filthy dirty, (I took pictures). After speaking with the kind staff, the hotel would not order soap and other toiletries which I'm guessing means NO CLEANING SUPPLIES too. Owner or management of the hotel was not on site and does not respond to emails. We drove to Natchitoches from New Orleans based on the website advertisement/ marketing ploy about this hotel regarding cleanliness and COVID precautions, which was ABSOLUTELY NOT FOLLOWED. we want a refund and will never stay here again or refer anyone to this dreadful establishment The owner/manager should be embarrassed letting the staff deal with unhappy customers. A fight almost broke out, the police were called and amazingly the front desk person maintained her composure as a belligerent drunk yelled at her for free drinks while he waited to check in. The parking lot was full of cars that did not belong to the hotel for New Years Eve, no hotel tags in the windows of cars and no hotel security. We paid entirely to much for this incredibly disheartening experience. Again, I WANT A FULL (2nights) REFUND, and will dispute the room charge, you are not allowed to treat paying customers this way!
