    BBB continues to monitor website to assist Easy-File with informing the public that they are not a Government Entity, but instead a document assistance company that provides documentation for a fee. BBB suggestions to the business have included more transparency, to help consumers understand that they can obtain these documents on their own, and that Easy-File offers convenience, for a cost. At this time, changes have been made to the Easy-File website.

    As of September 1, 2015, BBB continues to monitor the business website and number of complaints, to ensure that the company does not revert back to the hidden costs, and remains transparent.

    As of July 25, 2016, BBB will continue to monitor the number of complaints received and address any additional pattern of complaint concerns with the business.
