    Community Honda Lafayette charged me $2,495 for accessories on a CRV that were listed as $455 maximum value on the Honda.com website. After seeing this error, I requested a refund from Community Honda and was denied. The accessories included: nitrogen for tires, nitrogen caps for the tires ($24). All weather floor mats ($204). Trunk Liner ($133). Wheel Locks ($65-$94) per the Honda.com website. Community Honda listed the accessories I described as the Accessory Pro Pack for $2,495. To make it fair for the customer Honda should only charge $455 for the Accessory Pro Pack, or include more accessories such as splash guards, door slips or lighted door slips, and seat back protectors just as a start. There are 28 exterior accessories, 13 interior accessories, and 3 electronic accessories to choose from on the Honda.com website. Community Honda has greatly disappointed me as a customer with the minimum accessories included in the Accessory Pro Pack for $2,495

    The service department here is a joke. I pay for a service that includes oil changes and I have gone 3 times this week and they are always too busy to take my vehicle to change the oil. I get places are busy.. everyone is busy but don’t offer a service that I pay for if you don’t have the staff or means to accommodate it. They say it’s first come first serve but shouldn’t they accommodate the people that have already paid for the service before taking walk ins. I don’t mind going somewheres else and giving my business but reimburse me for the service I have paid for and not received. Do not recommend this service department or dealership to anyone.
